ManagHer is an intensive, one-day strategic immersion designed for women preparing to step into public-facing leadership.
Whether your chosen path is in politics, executive roles, or industry influence, this day will see you properly oriented for a successful journey.
Built by former parliamentarians, cabinet ministers, and the campaign architects behind some of Canada’s most disciplined and successful public careers, this experience delivers what few ever access:
The real blueprint.
Public-facing leadership is not something you step into casually.
It requires a level of preparation most people never see, and very few are guided through properly.
ManagHer is a one-day strategic immersion designed to give you a clear understanding of what that preparation actually involves, and how to approach it with intention.

By the time someone steps into a public-facing role, many of the outcomes have already been shaped.
Positioning, relationships, and key decisions are often established well in advance, without much visibility.
Without a clear understanding of this, it is easy to underestimate what is required or to prepare in ways that don’t hold up under pressure.

ManagHer provides a direct view into how public leadership is actually prepared and supported.
You will leave with a clearer sense of what matters, what can wait, and how to approach the process in a way that is deliberate and sustainable.
This clarity allows you to move forward with more confidence and fewer missteps.

The day is designed as a focused working session, not a passive experience.
Each segment builds on the next, moving from personal positioning through to campaign structure, team development, and public readiness.
You will be guided through the sequence in a way that reflects how these decisions are made in practice, not in theory.

Throughout the day, you will hear directly from individuals who have worked inside campaigns and public leadership at the highest levels.
This includes insight into how decisions are made under pressure, how teams operate in real time, and what distinguishes strong leadership from the outside perception of it.
There is time built in for discussion, questions, and practical context.
This experience is designed for women who are considering a move into public-facing leadership and want to approach it with intention. You may be preparing for a future run for office, stepping into a more visible executive role, or exploring how your experience translates into public influence.
You do not need to have made anything public. You do need to be willing to think seriously about what this level of leadership requires.
ManagHer is developed and led by the Honourable Lisa MacLeod and Susan Truppe, alongside a network of former parliamentarians, cabinet ministers, and senior campaign professionals.
Collectively, they have worked across municipal, provincial, and federal environments, alongside experienced teams responsible for strategy, communications, and execution at the highest levels.
This is a distillation of that experience, shared in a way that is direct, structured, and applicable.
Many women consider public-facing leadership long before they ever take a visible step. Some are exploring the possibility. Some are preparing quietly. Some are closer to a decision, but want to approach it properly.
Where you are in that process is less important than how you choose to move forward.
This day is designed to meet you at that point, and to give you a clearer understanding of what thoughtful preparation looks like.
Participation is limited to maintain the quality of the room and the level of discussion. If this is something you are considering, we encourage you to apply.
